Let’s take a timeout for your mental health. As athletes, it is common to experience burnout during the competitive season. The Sports & Mental Health Committee would like to highlight the effects of strenuous training, competition and the difference it would make to take a break during the most challenging times of the season. Join us as we host a psycho-educational conversation featuring a panel that comes from various walks of life ranging from athletes and mental health professionals.
